Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teijin-Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teco-Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the DT6001032113348 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RV135A2101 manufactured by Teijin-Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Teijin-Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DH0034 by Manufacturer Teco-Westinghouse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand H3090HS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Textron such as 431818 equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5V903 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 1508873 original spares produced by Sw-1-Torque-Transmission
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P3814M115SF by Tb-Woods and 431818 spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
